All merchandise is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue merchandise without notice.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or other errors and may cancel or adjust an affected order when necessary. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Roots & Lace Boutique reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing or product information, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Roots & Lace Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident in your Roots & Lace purchase.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery for online orders or within 10 calendar days of purchase for in-store transactions.

To qualify for a return:

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
Merchandise must be returned with its original packaging when applicable.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Merchandise is subject to inspection before a return is approved.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Roots & Lace Boutique.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by Roots & Lace Boutique.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Roots & Lace Boutique promptly after receiving your order.
